If there are any issues with any products sold, please contact us within 24 hours at serenesoulhealing2023@gmail.com with the details, please also include your order number. We will look to give either a full refund or a replacement on any product (subject to stock availability) that there is an issue with.

 

Before attempting to return an order, please contact our team to request a return. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, which will be reimbursed if the claim is successful. If the item you receive is not damaged or defective but you simply change your mind, then you can return the item but at your own expense.

 

Upon receipt of the returned items, your return claim will be processed within 7 working days. If you are entitled to a refund as a result of the defect or damage, you can request a refund to your original payment method OR a replacement product ( subject to stock availability)

 

All products must be in original, unused condition and resell-able. We retain the right to refuse returns that aren’t as sent.
